Technical Problem resolution

If you are struggling with technical issues and don’t have a clear route to resolving them, give us a call. We’ll charge you nothing for an initial consultation and we’re ready to make your problem our problem. Our technical staff have years of real hands-on experience with RF systems in live operation in business critical environments. We are experts in fault finding and restoring reliable service as well as having an extensive portfolio of field engineering contractors across a wide range of industry sectors and environments. Military, Maritime, Oil and Gas and TV broadcast to name just a few.

Systems Support

All of the systems for which we provide installation and commissioning services will receive free support for 6 months following installation. This includes telephone, remote and on-site support and we’ll never charge you more than travel expenses. At the end of the 6 month period, you can choose to take over the technical support of the system yourself, extend the support contract with us or obtain technical support on a ‘per occasion’ basis.

For systems or networks where availability is crucial, we can include service level agreements (SLA’s) in our support contracts to specify the level and timeliness of response based on the urgency of each support call. This way you can be confident that for every type of incident that occurs, the appropriate level of response is guaranteed.

Also, you don’t need to buy your systems from us in order to use our support services. We’re happy to support your existing systems in the same way that we support our own, offering ad-hoc support or fixed term support contracts at the level you need.

Systems Audit and Refresh

As is the way with all technology, support contracts end, system experts move on and documentation gets lost and outdated. It’s commonplace to end up in a situation where you no longer have the knowledge and resources that you need to operate and safeguard your systems. When this happens, we can step in and do a full audit of your system and bring it back up to scratch. Our audit and refresh service can cover one, many or all of the following depending on your needs:
